- 2025-2026 School Year
We will consider applications for the 2025–2026 school year based on available openings. Please submit your online application first, and we’ll then schedule a classroom visit to get to know your child.
- 2026-2027 School Year

How to Apply
Step 1
COMPLETE OUR ONLINE APPLICATION
Applications are due by February 1 for priority admission consideration and the fee is $125. After February 1, applications will be considered on a rolling basis if space is available.
Elementary applicants must also submit their most recent progress report/report card and a teacher recommendation.
Families who submit a financial assistance application should email admissions@gillispie.org for a reduced application fee.


Step 2
SCHEDULE A CLASSROOM VISIT
Once we’ve received your complete application, our Admissions Team will reach out to schedule a classroom visit and meeting to get to know your child. Early childhood and Kindergarten applicants will join us for a playdate. Elementary applicants will join us for a morning of classes.
Apply for Financial Assistance
Gillispie School provides need-based financial assistance for families who qualify. For the 2024–2025 school year, we awarded $715,000 in financial assistance, making a quality private education more accessible. Applications for financial assistance are due by February 1.
