Meet Taylor Brady, Gillispie’s new Preschool Co-Teacher in Rosewood Room!

What inspired you to work with kids?
I started babysitting when I was 12, and ever since that first job, I knew that I wanted to work with children in some capacity. But it wasn’t until an internship I had in college, working for an early childhood daycare center that was also Reggio inspired, that I realized I wanted to pursue teaching.

What is your favorite thing/hobby to do outside of school?
I love going for runs and walks by the beach, spending time at farmers markets, exploring new places in San Diego, seeing movies and spending time with family.

What is something interesting about you that the Gillispie community wouldn’t know? Something the Gillispie community wouldn’t know about me is that I love hand making gifts and cards! I’m super into art and calligraphy and I love writing notes to people.
