EC Student Visits Lakewood Construction
Recently, one of our Early Childhood students got the opportunity to tour Lakewood Construction Company, the contractors on our Constructing Sandboxes project.
First, he met with Ms. Fleming to discuss the importance of math and language arts in the construction business. He then was able to meet Mr. Wheeler who runs Lakewood Construction. Mr. Wheeler showed him some important tools like a saw, a measuring tape, and a laser level, and let him look over some plans for Phase 2 of the project.
