Supply Drive to Support Ukraine

Gillispie aspires to nurture and encourage global citizenship. As global citizens, we are connected and share many similarities, as well as differences, and learning about the world around us makes us better informed and empathetic.

Families and students have asked how, as a community, we can help the situation in Ukraine. So, this Monday, International Day, we are launching a drive to collect the following items, identified by the local House of Ukraine as desperately needed:

1. All types of baby supplies EXCEPT diapers

2. Band-Aids

3. Blankets (new only)

4. Socks (all ages – new only)

5. Toothbrushes and toothpaste

There will be bins at drop-off and pick-up beginning March 14 and extending through March 18 on both Girard Avenue and Fay Avenue. 

Another lesson we prioritize at Gillispie is that no one person or group is too small to make a difference. If your family is moved to do so, please help us make an impact!
