The Early Childhood and Kindergarten physical education programs provide an environment where children have new experiences practicing movements and skills. The program includes the development of motor skills, strength, balance, endurance and flexibility.

In First Grade, team building and cooperative games are used to foster sportsmanship and empathy. The development of motor skills, balance, strength, endurance and flexibility are important elements of the program. Team sports are introduced.

Second Grade participates in team sports such as soccer, football, softball and basketball. Team cooperation is the primary focus.

Students in Grades 3–6 attend three P.E. classes weekly. One session is dedicated to fitness stations — a core component of the year. Students spend time at each station working on strength, cardiovascular endurance and flexibility. The other two sessions concentrate on skill building and team sports or activities.
