Our primary admission season for 2012-2013 enrollment is underway.
Prospective families are encouraged to attend one of our admission open houses: December 7, 2011, and January 10, 2012, from 9-10:30 a.m. Attendees will have the chance to learn about our toddler through Grade 6 program from current parents, faculty, and students. You’ll also hear from our head of school and enjoy a tour of campus; light refreshments will be served.

Application Guidelines
Submit the completed application with a non-refundable fee of $125. In order to receive priority consideration, forms and application fee are due February 1.
Early Childhood (Preschool – Prekindergarten)
- We accept children who will be 24 months old on or before August 31.
- The School will call to arrange a readiness assessment and parent interview once the application has been reviewed.
Kindergarten – Grade 6
- Kindergarten applicants should be 5 years old by December 1.
- In addition to the application, please submit the most recent report card and standardized test results, if applicable, from previous schools.
Saturday Play Group (Preschool – Kindergarten)
After your application has been submitted, the School will contact you to set up a Saturday morning visit with other applicants. This is an opportunity for the admissions staff to get to know your child in a group setting on one of the following dates:
- Saturday, January 28 – Grades PK & K
- Saturday, February 4 – PS 3 & 4
- Saturday, February 11 – PS 1 & 2
Acceptance Letters
Acceptance letters for all grade levels are mailed early in March.
Financial Aid
The Gillispie School offers financial aid funds for qualified families. Please click here to access the financial aid application (due Jan. 17th). Contact the business offfice for additional information.
